Soft T-shirt doesn't actually mean soft.
I purchased this shirt as a gift in an XL size. I received it and it was one of those tiny "athletic fit" XL shirts. This was not stated in the product description. I called to complain and request an exhange for a larger size. They were happy to exchange it but wouldn't refund my shipping costs for the first shirt. I explained that they did not state in the description that it was an athletic fit so I thought it was a regular fit. She said that's what "soft" means. Ahh. I thought soft meant "soft" as in the definition of the word. The conversation with customer service was insane but I received the larger shirt quickly. It is still a weird size. The arms aren't AS tight but the rest of the shirt is enormous. Too bad because the graphic on the shirt is great.
