So, I gave this 3 stars because it's discussion on acquiring aged companies was really cool and seems to be very legal However, there is a entire discussion in the book about making fake pay stubs, structuring deposits, and other "tricks" that are unquestionably illegal. And, the grammar and spelling mistakes make the information seem to be written without any editor whatsoever. But for the content that,if followed, would probably land you in jail, the other information would be 4 stars.
