This worked perfectly on my 15 year old Maytag washer. I replaced the bearing and the seal at the same time. Grab a spanner wrench and use a 2lb sledge to tap on the wrench to disassemble everything. Many have complained about how hard it was to loosen the nut, but it came right apart using the bigger hammer.

Instillation was easy and straight forward.It was unclear what lube to use though. I used a mix of prematex anti siege and a white lithium grease on both sides of the metal sleeve. I watched a video on YouTube of replacement that helped with a step by step reference.

Quality was good. No problems. I replaced this bearing kit, as well as the seal kit. The old seal was worn, causing the washer to leak. Bearing kit went on well. Washer is now repaired... which makes my wife happy! Delivery was speedy too.

After the tub on my Maytag washer started leaking I found an online parts diagram to tell me which part, then a YouTube video to show me how th replace the part and this was the perfect part that I need to finish the job.

Had a repairman replace this plus the seal about five years ago. Decided to do it myself this time with the online videos mentioned on here. Take your time and this is doable! Been months and no leaks!
