A simple yet very efficient and effective product for a great price!I travel a lot, and also have difficulty finding time to exercise. Historically I would wrap my bands around a doorknob or other fixture in the house. The Bandbuddy has enabled me to not only more safely use my bands around the house, but it has also given me the flexibility to use them when I'm traveling. (e.g., in hotel rooms) The Bandbuddy was well-packaged, and came with a clear set of directions. The pictures that accompanied the set-up instructions were especially helpful. And even though bands didn't come with the Bandbuddy, it was super that it came with a sheet of pictures with sample exercises.I've been able to use the Bandbuddy to work on my biceps, triceps, back, stomach, chest, legs and more. That is, having 4 loops at different heights enables me to vary my exercises to hit all of the key body parts. The heavy duty metal clip makes it especially easy to remove and reinstall the device for when I travel. I even like the extra piece of material that goes behind the clip to prevent scratching of the door. Nice attention to detail!

I appreciate this product. I was looking for an easy way to do band exercises. I didn’t want to have to permanently adhere a strap so this works well. The buckle keeps it secured and the strap is strong and has several loops. I can move the strap too if I need to adjust the height of the loop. As long as I take care when I move it, I am not worried about it damaging my door. I am happy with this purchase.

Stuck in quarantine and not able to go to the gym, I bought some resistance bands to keep from going crazy. But the door strap was not great based on the set up of my home's doors so I got this. Best move for home workout I made since getting the bands. The 4 anchor points give me pretty much the whole range of exercises I want to at will. I don't have to reposition and fidget with a simple door anchor strap and get frustrated I can't get it quite right. This set up is so much more efficient that alone was worth it. My only minor complaint is that it is a little less taut than I like. A little too much give and stretch but that's a very minor complaint and overall I am very happy with this. I would say this is a MUST BUY if you get resistance bands for a home workout.

This is awful. Look at all the other reviews; they haven't set it up but can tell it's "well made"?? Five stars and it was a "gift" for someone else? Did that person even like it? I should've known better...Anyway, I SET IT UP...and can tell you that either I'm doing something wrong or this thing doesn't work! I looped everything through but the instant I tried to do an exercise with my resistance bands, the band comes towards you and gets super loose. Like it POPS towards you because it just gets loose. It's completely unusable. I'd be happy to change my review if someone from the company would help walk me through this or what I'm doing wrong but I just feel like I got scammed. The packaging of this was simply a plastic zip loc bag, with two sheets of crap printing paper inside (wasn't even stapled). The pictures were black and white and grainy and the margins were off so part of the instructions didn't even fit on the page. I mean it was super ghetto...probably the most ghetto instructions I have ever seen in any product ever.With that said, the unit economics of this business must be insane because for $40 for something that costs them probably a dollar to make, I would bet they probably have a profit margin of 98%! Definitely feel scammed.

I was expecting the workout band so I could exercise. This is just the door strap.

As a prior gym-rat I was skeptical whether I could get a good workout at home. I have invested in some free weight equipment, but I also wanted to incorporate so resistance tube exercises as well. I thought about trying the strap systems, like TRX, but I didn't have the room to do most of the exercises. Plus, I didn't want to shell out that much cash either. My wife already had some resistance bands so I would figured I would try this system.Set up was about as simple as can be. Just loop it over a door and tighten it up. The sewn in loops make it easy to go from high position exercises, like lat pull downs and tricep pushdowns to low position exercises like curls and seated rows. Depending on the exercise, I would double up on the bands for more resistance. The loops in the product are large enough that I could pass as many through as I wanted. This will definitely go with me when I travel since it is so light and packs small. Definitely worth the small price.

I was a bit hesitant to get this product because of some reviews but I am glad I did. I wrapped it around my bedroom door and it fits tight and doesn't move. I can now do many more exercises. The door attachment I used to have only allowed for lat pulldowns and tricep pushdowns. Now I can do chest press, low row, curls, squats, ab twists, shoulder extensions for my rotator cuff, and core exercises in addition to triceps and pulldowns. I hate going to the gym but only have a small space at home to work with. The Bandbuddy solved my problems.

I was actually looking for a door band with a moveable tracker but came across this one. I was hesitant but gave it a try and I really like it! I set it up before my workouts so I don’t have to waste time during removing bands and adding them. I had an extra pair of handles already. I use it with the Beachbody 9wcf workout. The bands are strong and durable and I trust the door band. Great product!
