Good Packing, Big Tablet
Tablet too big and have some smell. It's hard to get rid of smell even after leaving bottle opened for 24 hour's. Paid Rs. 500 for 60 Tablet which is very reasonable if it works and gives better sleep.

Safe and effective supplement
These supplement works for me it just relaxes your body without pulling you to sleep. L-theanine and ashwagandha together is the best combo that can calm the overactive nerves. I think this supplement is good for people with Parkinson's disease also. Hope the company retains the safety and purity of this product
