Enjoyable focused journal
I enjoyed the vibe journal very much. For the past two years, I've been working as a medical case manager with a non profit. We always talk about mindfulness. However, I didn't know much about it. I found this was a great introduction for me. Each week is focuses on one concept at a time, with each day looking at a different aspect of that concept. The layout worked really well for me. Day one a several page introduction to the week. Each day, the left page looks at the idea for the day, with an explanations or activities to do. Then the right pages are all the same with different sections like affirmations, gratitude, musings, and goals for the next day. This really worked for me and I recommend this journal.
