Last Saturday I ordered 2 Fast Chargers for my Galaxy S8 plus from Amazon since I unknowingly left my original charger at the hospital after having Surgery. I was excited and relieved when the chargers were delivered the next day (Sunday)! I was soon disappointed upon discovering the USB cables did not connect with either fast charger and therefore, I had no means to charge my phone. I contacted Amazon, gave a 1star review explaining my disappointment and arranged for a shipping label to return the product. I planned to return them as soon as I was able to drive to the UPS facility which is a considerable distance from my home and I'm still in recovery. Surprisingly, today, Sunday, exactly 1 week later, Amazon delivered the 2 Fast Chargers in excellent condition! I didn't even ask for replacements! I'm ecstatic and relieved! My Nephew has Amazon Prime and swears by it. I have to say, even though I now and then order from Amazon, I plan to use them for all my purchases since I'm completely sold on their excellent service!

I'm not going to pretend to understand the technology that makes this charger so amazing. All I know is that it's not a gimmick, it truly works. I use it with my Galaxy and my wife's with equal results. Often times I come home and I'm pretty much at under 10% and I can throw this my phone on this charger for about 20 minutes while I grab a snack and change clothes for the gym and it's already back up to 50% charge which is good enough for the rest of the night. I'd say a full charge takes just a little over an hour as opposed to close to two hours with a normal charger. It's really worth the money.

Someone at work decided to steal my rapid charger off my desk. I looked for the same brand (Motorola) and they are around $30. Can't believe someone took it but oh well... When I find a Samsung phone attached to my Motorola charger I'll know who did it as I am the only person at work with a Motorola phone. Now as for this charger it works when it wants to. Meaning that when you plug it up it starts charging but then repeatedly turns itself off. It feels cheap and hollow and the USB cord is of poor quality. I guess for 9 bucks I could live with the cheap feel but since it turned itself off on first use I can't recommend this. I even tried plugging it up to different outlets and changed the USB cord and had the same results. It charges is about 30 second intervals, turns itself off for about 20 seconds then starts back up again. I even tried charging different devices thinking it was the phone but it did the same thing. Sometimes it will work but I would say less than half the time. You're better off buying the brand that came with your phone instead of these cheap knockoffs.

The chord charges as well as the original ones that come with the phones however, dont bend it too much (or wrap it up a lot) because over time the charging stops going as fast.I like to keep my wires in tight coil but it caused the charger to reach a point where some wires were sticking out at the base of the wire (which caused slow charging)

I'm pretty pleased with this charger. Good construction, charges quickly, seems very analogous to the default Samsung charger. However, I had to give this four stars because it takes A LOT of force to plug it into my phone. So much so that I think it might break. No idea if this is just my specific charger, but it is quite annoying. Otherwise happy

In pictures posted one is the charger that came with my phone and one is this charger. The only difference is the wording on the back. The charger really works fantastic. My phone charges very quickly as it should since it is a fast charger. The wires and charger block were in fantastic condition. No complaints at all from this product. I would buy time and time again when I need to replace my chargers.

The product is fine, it performs as expected. Their advertising is very misleading.On a positive note they honered the expected advertising result and sent the 2nd charger.

The cable that came in the set is very fragile. I use it at home plugged in and it has come apart at the top. (See photo) It hasnt lasted a week. When it plugs into my phone it would require some wiggling to get it to "fast charge" the outlet part is fine. I wont bother to return inwill use the outlet with my long durable cable. Just frustrating to buy an inferior product.
