I make a habit of tasting everything I give my toddler, since I had an issue with a different product by the same company that was recalled after I reported finding mold on it. I don’t judge, things happen and they made sure all was well in the baby world again. I love the products that Happy Tot (and Happy Baby) offer, the flavor combos are awesome and offer great variety. But I’m not liking these pouches, I swear they taste a little moldy. My husband thought I was being sensitive as beets tend to taste “earthy” but I LOVE beets and this doesn’t taste earthy...it tasted moldy. So I’m switching to a different flavor.For reference, product code PT202252 12Nov21

although healthy, containing choline and dha, two essential nutrients, i would recommend the peter rabbit organics brand strawberry banana over this. if you are not an actual baby drinking this, i would also recommend the mamma chia fruit pouches, cherry beet flavor, over this if you are trying to include beets in your diet.

Some of the pouches use natural preservatives like :"Lemon" others don't . So it just means that some flavor pouches don't stay fresh for very long and I've basically for this brand have tried 100 flavors of Ice cream for example. 85-75 I like and 15-25 just didn't keep fresh or didn't like. I support this product because whether your a child or an adult we need to find healthier ways to get the right foods into are bodies 🎉😋

My 2 year old loves happy tot pouches but said this kind doesn’t taste good. When I tried the pouch, it tasted VERY moldy!!! We’ve had beet containing pouches from happy tot before and none of them taste this way so it’s not just beet earthiness. Very disappointed in this product and expect much better quality from this company.

Now that my 1 year old is starting the weaning process I have been looking for ways to incorporate DHA in his food. I tried adding the liquid supplement to his food but he did not like the strong taste, but he loves these! We haven’t tried the other varieties, but I’m looking forward to it.

The strawberry, beet and banana smoothie is super runny. My kids spill it all over their clothes every time they eat it. If there was some chia or flex seeds in it it would be a but thicker. Also, the taste of the beet is really strong.
