These noodles are the real deal -- a good brand at a decent price. Only 2 ingredients -- rice and water -- which is how it should be. Just be sure to make them properly, according to Thai methods -- by soaking in cold water until pliable before properly cooking the rest of the way. If you're not sure how to make them, consult Hot Thai Kitchen on YouTube for easy-to-follow guidance. If you make them properly, they are exactly as they should be: delicious.

Perfectly good rice noodles, I use them for my homemade Pho. Easy to prepare, they definitely get the job done.

If you’re making pho, careful not to overcook these. I boiled water and left them to cook, but they come apart if they overboil. I’ve bought a different brand before that holds very well, can’t recall it atm but if the noodles say to soak in water before cooking- get those not these.
