We’ve had sets of Sango previously, but the pricing and quality of these mugs and dishes is hard to beat. Very nicely made. Mug handles feel just right to hold. Glaze is very attractive.

I love the color is beautiful outside and inside. Perfect size.

They’re very pretty but get filled to the brim with coffee. I looked for larger mugs to match my set but couldn’t find any.

Just got today and washed them, I love the glaze on them. I used to work in a pottery studio and you're really paying for the style and quality of how these are painted/fired. They came in packaged carefully with Styrofoam keeping everything locked in place inside a box that perfectly fits all 6. I have the matching plates and bowls and all look identical. No chips, no cracks, the glaze does show a bit of drip on the handle but in the paint process that is hard to avoid with this type of paint. If you want these to last(prevent cracking and chipping) try to keep anything going in it less than about 200°. That is usually the temperature the paint on these is cured at, and putting too much heat over time on them will make them not food safe as they chip inside and on the handles within a couple years of doing too much heat. They're really light weight,like I'm holding a tea cup but they're big. It's thin for a mug. Makes it easier on the hands to hold while washing. No abrasive scrubs on these, just soak in hot water and soap and everything will come off. Metal sponges will remove the glaze making it no longer food/drink safe. A soft sponge is as much as you need.

Long wait for delivery. Very pretty but small. Bought the dinewware set that never arrived, unnbable to contact seller after 3 weeks. No updates after purchased. Now have the mugs and no matching dinning set. Had to cancel as stating 2 months wait for delivery....
