I take this at night with hot water (almost like a tea) and ice seen a huge difference in my skin on my body and face. I also take multivitamins and light workouts with a balanced diet (most days🤭)...so I know all things combined play a part. But this acts as an accelerator for me.I'm not big on protein and collagen powders because the taste is normally disgusting. But like I said this one has a pleasant taste, easy to swallow. Taste exactly like peanut butter, no other flavor mixed.I highly recommend!Especially if you are trying to tone up and accelerate hair/nail growth! ❤️❤️

I use it in my smoothies and it has everything I need in it, mainly the collagen but it blends up nicely and has great flavor. I’ve tried quite a few protein/collagen powders and am very happy with this product.

I have been using powders in my coffee for years now. I usually use a different keto brand, but thought I would give this a try because of the price. The cost is the only reason it even got a second star. So why dont I like it? First, it was bland. I could barely taste the peanut butter. Second, the container came half empty and only lasted 2 weeks. The other brand we get lasts a month. So it was not as cost effective in my opinion.Lastly, it clumped weird at the bottom of my cup. It was strange. I mix with a wisk and still did not fully blend.I dont know, this was just not for me. Other reveiws were great so we tried it.

I really like the flavor of this particular collagen supplement. I've tried a bunch, and the chocolate always tastes so fake and weird. While this peanut butter flavor doesn't taste exactly like you're licking a glop of peanut butter off a spoon, it does taste really good when mixed with things like coffee.

I wanted to love this so badly but the taste was terrible. I couldn’t even mask the taste with fruits/veggies/nut butter. IMO the coconut does not compliment the peanut butter
