Bought theses for my son he plays tackle football , he said he can really feel the difference they fit well with them in he moves quicker and feels like he jumps a little higher . Overall it's been going great quality and durability so far no complaints only request to buy more they are pricey but if it helps athleticism then it's a win investment for my son's comfort .

These insoles are quite impressive. I play softball and usually end up with a lot of foot pain the next morning. These insoles have diminished my plantar fasciitis pain. I’m able to continue playing softball and not be afraid of pain.

Update: company was very responsive and made it right. Thank you! Son has only had these for 2 months. The glue that kept the cushion down started peeling off after first couple of uses. At 2 months not able to wear anymore. For the cost not worth the money.

The are comfortable but super thick. They will make your cleats feel a lot tighter. Mine also make my cleats squeak and it’s little annoying but I manage; there support is really good my foot is comfortable and doesn’t really get hot anymore which is really nice but I don’t really feel the claimed “difference” that they claim. They are okay I feel like my performance is the same though.

I will start by saying I am in my thirties so recovery and how I feel during workouts is more important to me than the metrics, but WOW with these insoles I get both!
