Warning* If this product is dispatched by DHL don't rely on it actually getting delivered before Christmas * WarningI've informed Amazon & mattress company........I made a serious complaint & managed to get through to my depot.... To pick it up...Sadly the DHL E-commerce call centre is all electronic & takes you around in circles..... The Runcorn depot is over run with parcels ( thousands ) & they can not despatch them quick enough...... As the back log is horrendous. So large heavy parcels, such as this are left behind this, according to the staff ..... Who also informed me, there will no parcel pick ups by customers before Christmas 2024 or New Year 2025....... So make sure before you order this wonderful mattress ..... You don't throw away your old one or think it will arrive, anywhere near it's delivery date.The mattress is self is easy to install & it's worth leaving it to settle for the 72hrs ...... It's heavy, so may take 2 people too fit it... Comfort wise....... 11 / 10..... Warmth 11 / 10..... Spinal support 11 /10 ..... This makes makes you want to stay in bed for longer...... I've never had such a comfortable mattress....... It's definitely worth every penny I spent....... Just a shame the delivery service was disgraceful !I am sorry for the review at the beginning, but I don't want anyone thinking, they'll get their mattress on time or Next Day...... Because it's not happening, if the carrier is DHL....... I thought it was coming via an Amazon driver...... Because in general Amazon delivery 100% ...... The fact I had to call Amazon, because I couldn't get through to anyone in DHL or the supplier, because it's all electronic & no one replies....... The person I spoke to in Amazon was brilliant luckily. I accidently got through to depot the next day...... An they must have had a telling of by Amazon, because they where very nice & all apologies...... But what was bad... Was there several people doing nothing, in the office..... No phones ringing or being answered.... Staff to busy chatting amongst themselves....... Yet there are literally 1000s of parcels undelivered & people, possibly missing out on a lot of Christmas gifts........ They could be offering a costumer collection system...... Am make it look like, they are trying to do something about the problem....... Especially as it's clear the delivery staff, will take 20 - 30 smaller parcels....... Instead of a large heavy one....... Then the management at DHL, can fiddle the figures happily !Mattress is fantastic, but DHL delivery ( e-commerce ) is non existent sadly. Amazon if you read this ...... Stop using DHL, until they sort out the massive back log & mess they are in !

I have bad lower back problems as well as neck and shoulder and arm pain. Every mattress I previously tried seemed to sag in the wrong places or be like sleeping on concrete. This new one arrived early, expanded to full size pretty much instantly, and immediately looked elegant and expensive. I chose the charcoal as so many white ones discolour quickly, and the soft material on this one feels like fur and is lovely. I decided to use a mattress protector anyway, and once the fitted sheet was in place I slept on this for the first time last night.Unbelievable the difference in sleep quality this has given me. It felt like being in one of those Premier Inn beds that are fantastic. Yes it is a lot firmer than my previous ones, but I get the right support where my lower back pain is located, as well as great neck and shoulder support too, whilst the body is still feeling cushioned everywhere else. I didn’t even need any kind of pillow on this mattress either as my neck felt better without one.I slept right through for about 10 hours and felt great when I awoke.I used to sometime get pins and needles in my neck and arms from sleeping awkwardly too, but if this first night is anything to judge by, then I believe I have finally solved my sleep issues.This is a super quality mattress that looks and feels built to last. I can’t imagine anyone who is seeking an orthopaedic level mattress would be disappointed with this one.Highly recommended.

This mattress is very comfortable and supportive, medium firmness, which we prefer, with a soft memory foam top that is super soft but dense and supportive. Feels very high quality, like a premium mattress 3 times the price- we highly recommend it!We ordered the king size mattress a few weeks ago, it arrived exactly on time. The box was compact but very heavy (32 kgs) as other reviews noted, so it took two people to manoeuvre and unpack. We recommend two people to cut the plastic (carefully) and unroll it as the mattress is under significant tension. Once unrolled it re-inflated quickly - it said to leave it for 72 hrs but we slept on it after 8 and it was super comfortable. And no smell at all.The cotton charcoal grey cover has a high quality feel to it, and when you sit or lie on it, there is no movement around. It seems to have a high density of springs as described which provide continuous support. So when sleeping on it, you couldn’t feel the other person moving at all, and it is silent, no sound from the springs. We have had no temp issues, feels normal temp. We have both slept very well on it - it is like a Premier Inn mattress.Giving a detailed review as other reviews helped me to make the decision to buy - I was a bit concerned buying a mattress unseen from Amazon but we are delighted with it. Can highly recommend.

My previous mattress was no longer supporting me and I developed sciatica so I knew it was time for a new mattress. I am retired and I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. The Newentor caught my eye and my interest so I ordered it. It was the right choice. After only four nights on the mattress I am sleeping better and my sciatica has greatly improved. It is nice and warm and supportive whilst feeling soft and sumptuous. I would have given 5 stars had the edges been more firm/reinforced..........this is an area of improvement I think.For the quality and price I believe it's unbeatable and I hope the longevity of the mattress stands up to this. 100% recommended.

We slept on this Newentor mattress while on holiday and were so comfortable that we took a photo of the mattress label and looked for it when we got home. We've had ours for two years now and it's still really comfortable and supportive. I have back problems and find this mattress much better than our (significantly more expensive) previous "orthopaedic" mattress. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and comfortable mattress. The price makes it excellent value too.
