I am so happy I purchased this massager. I sit at a desk all day and the tension sits in my neck. Coming home after a long day and getting this deep massage for 15 minutes is heaven. I have noticed that my neck isn't as stiff and I have more mobility with looking left and right. I have also used the massager on my back while sitting up in bed reading a book. Very pleased!!

So excited to get this item for my neck pain. Charged it fully and it worked great, great movement & pressure...the first time! It didn't hold a charge past the 1st use. Charged it again fully...it wouldn't work. The mechanism moved very slowly and no pressure at all. It would not change settings and the battery needed charging after 5 minutes of trying to get it to work. Sad to say it was a waste of time & money. I'm returning it.

Got this product for my mom also for Christmas because she always complained about her neck hurting and wanting it to be massaged. This to me was a great gift and i always find her using it and enjoying her neck being relieved of pain. This is a great gift for a loved one and great price.

This is the best massager I’ve ever purchased. It kneads just like a real human being. Perfect pressure. And I can even get it behind my shoulder blades and my lower back and it massages me there too. I’m never leaving my house again. 😃

Love it and use it most day after work. I do wish it had some kind of indicator to let you know when you need to recharge it.

Battery life isn't good, power isn't good. I can stop the motor if I put it too deep on my shoulders. Go wired if you can

I really liked the massager for the first 30 days but it stopped working . Contacted the company and they sent me another one without any hesitation but that one stopped working too . The light flashes and blinks and it never takes the charge .

It lasted about a year but the charging port isn’t very durable mine came off and now won’t charge
