I liked that it seemed heavy duty, metal, and worth the expense per the description and reviews. After a week or so of regular use at our kitchen sink it stopped working suddenly. Upon inspection it seems the rubber tube inside the flexible bit got twisted and blocked water flow. Bummer. Further, the piece that connects it to the sink is threaded black plastic and... no. Need metal parts. The head is also chrome finished plastic but held up ok. After installation and removal the black plastic connector bit was shot as well. I have the plastic head piece rigged to the sink without the swivel bit until I can get a different one. Would not recommend.

I initially loved this product, so much so that I bought a second one for my mom, but I’m afraid after some months of use it is no longer performing as expected. It first became a bit tricky to switch between the two settings (regular stream vs spray) and now there’s a hole in the sprayer head somehow and water sprays out of the hole all over me in a fine but pretty powerful side flow. Water still comes out the bottom as it should, but squirts out of the hole as well. It is not happening in the “hose” or at some other logical connection point... it is straight up a hole in the metal on the side / top of the sprayer head.... like the metal eroded and now leaks. Super disappointed as I loved this product. Tempted to replace with a new one and hope this was just a fluke, but don’t want to be running in to problems again in the near future. Bummed!! Would have expected it to last much longer than it has.

This did not fit my kitchen sink, and did not come with any appropriate adaptors. The head is made of plastic and feels cheap. I tried to repurpose it to fit on my utility sink in the garage and the threads still would not fit. I would need to go to the hardware store to make it work, but the effort doesn't seem worth it, due to it's cheaply constucted feel.

I was concerned about the restricted water flow described by the seller. The concern was not an issue whatsoever. When in the spray mode it's like a shower head. The neat thing is that water doesn't splash and spray all over like a regular pull out sink sprayer. Both my wife and I really like it, very easy to click from spray to regular water stream using it. We have a large deep sink with a high arc on the water spout, the additional 7" length on the unit is extremely helpful!

This item comes with no instructions. I figured none were needed and installed it anyway. Somewhat straightforward, except when tightening be careful to not twist the sprayer extension. Twisting will cause the internal line to twist and not allow water through. Unfortunately I broke the internal line before I figured this out.

Absolutely perfect for what I needed. Neck is very flexible, so even though it's not super-long, it reaches every place I need it to. Very easy installation.

The product description says it has long and short versions and a universal adapter. When I opened it I found that there was no short version nor was there an adapter for it to work on our outside thread faucet. I returned it.

Exactly what I wanted. At first disappointed head is plastic but five months use shows it's sturdy. My concern now (why 4, not 5) is the switch from stream to shower is becoming stiff. We'll see what happens.
