Q: I ordered 2 of these diffusers and niether one of them came with an adater, cord or anythinhg to plug in or directions. why? very disappointed disapp

Most everything is coming this way now. For some odd reason, they think we all have a random adapter that fits every random device just sitting in a drawer waiting for us to a product that will work with it. Yet charge the same.

Q: How do you clean diffuser?

I just wipe mine out with a paper towel and refill when empty...the outside I wipe with my regular cleaning spray and a dry cloth

Q: why does it turn off after like 19 seconds?

Update…it now works and the only explanation is that it started working with less water inside, not filled up to the line as indicated but way below the line. You can see in the video it works amazing now. Very strange but glad it works bc it looks amazing like real flames.
