Great little device! You have to use it consistently to see results, but easy to use and convenient to use in your own home. Device is easy to use and is more comfortable then the units in the clinic. It has saved me a lot of money!

I was very pleasantly surprised! It may work a little slower than a professional office grade one, but it works very well!! After just a couple weeks, I’m already seeing bare patches on my legs. It gets warm on the higher settings, but never uncomfortable, the cooling feature is awesome. Would definitely recommend it to everyone I know!

I was skeptical of this because I had never heard of the brand and because it was so much cheaper than the other at-home IPL devices. I'm glad to say that I'm pleasantly surprised.I have PCOS and have a lot of thick black hair that grows on my jawline and chin, and it was getting worse as I got older. It got so bad that I was having to shave daily before work or else it would be extremely noticeable. I started using it the last week of October, and now (about a month later) I can tell a huge difference. It's not growing in as fast and there are patches where there is no longer hair growing at all.I've had laser hair removal at salons before, but it's obvious that they do it on a low strength to keep people coming in. I got tired of spending so much money for so little results and decided to do it myself. Since I've had it before, I started at the highest setting and have been doing it consistently 2 times a week.It has a ring on it that is supposed to keep it cool, but after a while of using it, it warms up, but not to the point of it being hot and unable to use. The device itself is easy to use and the instructions are easy to read, but it is a little bulky. Again, not so much so that it's difficult to use.I would recommend this to anyone, especially people with hormone problems like I have, as it has worked wonders and has helped my self esteem so much! I was embarrassed to wear my hair down and if I forgot to shave, I felt like everyone was staring at me. That's not an issue anymore and I know it'll continue to get better with more usage!*not paid to review. I'm an actual customer! I just wish I had taken before and after pics.

Have only used on face but only doing once a week now. Amazed at the results. Ordered a second one for mom in law. She called and thought hers had a problem. I emailed the company for assistance but when I checked on mom in law’s hers was working perfectly ( was operator error) I received a very nice and personal email from the company offering assistance with the supposed problem. I’m confident had their been an actual one they would have been great is assisting with it. Seems like a great company too. What a nice hair remover, so easy to use, almost painless and very quiet. This is a long term use product but so far I’m extremely happy with this.
