Tensioner failed
Belt is good and the pulley is good. After a few months the tensioner failed so it threw off the timing and if you use an Allen to release tension you will strip out the bolt

Don’t buy it
Do not buy as it is going to cause your car to blow up. I lost a whole engine, wasted a whole amount of money all over again because this stupid timing belt.
