All of our kids and grandchildren have (had) a 'blankie' when they were toddlers and now that our youngest is having a child, we continue the tradition with the Bunny Baby Security Blanket. It's more of a 'snuggle' than a blanket, but it's a nice combination of 'plush' and blanket with untold ability to provide the security that small children want.This bunny rabbit is soft with a fleece like texture on the outside and an even softer underside and the 'best' feature is that the features of the face, the eyes and nose, are stitched on and not plastic pieces glued to the bunny head so there isn't anything that can be pulled off and swallowed. The bunny just screams 'hold me' and you know this is going to be taken everywhere, starting with the crawling stage all the way through toddler and the white color is going to get soiled. The fact that you can machine wash this is a real plus.The Bunny Baby Security Blanket has an adorable design with soft textures that will be gentle on their skin. Therefore, I wanted to make sure that I have my extra space fully prepared with everything she may need if they ever came to visit.Our family has a close connection with elephants, so I HAD to have this blanket. And thankfully, it didn’t disappoint. The plush is attached to the blanket very well, and the blanket itself is extremely soft. I haven’t had to wash it yet, but the material feels like it will upstand a lot of washes and maintain its integrity.Highly recommend for your little one!!

It is a little more difficult to clean around than other versions because of the trunk which ends up being a suck point. I would recommend a different version of the blanket if you have a baby that suckles too much.
