These shaved black truffles were DELICIOUS. We put them on sashimi and it totally added so much more flavor to the food. The oil is so good too

I love truffles. I can never find the quality straight out of Italy. These are a great substitution for the price. I made a great Mac and Cheese with it. Diced it up fine, could have used a razor blade but then what. Just ordered another one for a gift.
