I purchased the Mockins 60”x24”x6” Weatherproof Trailer Hitch Cargo Carrier with the 25 Cu.Ft. Waterproof Cargo Bag, and I’m thrilled with it! The carrier is exceptionally well-made, sturdy, and easy to install. It handles the 500 lbs. capacity perfectly and has performed flawlessly on my trips so far. The waterproof cargo bag is spacious and keeps everything protected.I did notice a small hole in the accessory bag upon arrival, but the customer service team was outstanding—prompt, responsive, and resolved the issue immediately. Their excellent support turned a minor hiccup into a seamless experience.This product is a game-changer for road trips, and the customer service is unmatched. The two extender pieces didnt line up with the rack. I reached out and they immediately got back to me. They have gone above and beyond to help me and are even making sure that the replacement they're sending me will get here in a few days in time for my trip. Sturdy construction. Roomy. Nice strapping system. Hitch stabilizer works reasonably well. Rained during first use - all dry inside. Looks as if it will serve us well for years to come.

It is working out really well. Lock washers are flimsy and are easily distorted. There are also problems with the anti rattle clamp. U bolt with washers are undersized, allowing both the flat washers and lock washers to disrort into the holes in the plate. Even with these short commings, I still like it.

Had a smaller Mockins basket but needed bigger for our fridge to fit on back. We purchased this one because of the reviews and the other bag. This thing is amazing and will be a great addition to the back of our motorhome.

Great build quality and easy to put together. Fit on a Wrangler is perfect as well, the rack extends beyond the spare tire. Really like the locking hitch pin.

Heavy duty unit. Package was a bit beaten up and a few dinged on the product, but nothing that causes me any concern. Will be using the basket this weekend. I’ve got high hopes.

Shipping was fast, as was assembly.I believe it took about 15-20 minutes, at a leisurely pace.Problems I had:First....one side of the frame was twisted. Once I placed the plate with the orange lettering on one side, you can clearly see the unassembled side did not line up. And it's off by a lot.Secondly.....one of the bolts used to screw the second plate on, didn't have a groove cut into it. I suppose I could have pulled out a Dremel to make a groove, but I tightened it enough.Third..... you better have a rubber mallet, as you are going to need to force the 4 bolts that hold the hitch rail to the carrier platform, through the holes. They don't line up well.I haven't used any of the accessories yet.We'll see how it handles a 2400 mile (round) trip, and rate it again
