Great latch
Bought as a replacement for a failed latch. Dimensions given are accurate, straight swap with no carpentry. Good quality product which looks like it will last forever

Cheap Copy
Not Gridlock as advertised, the seller is sending cheap copies out which are of Very Poor Quality. I have contacted the seller and await there response.

Supplied item is different to advertised photo
As mentioned previously the supplied item is different to the photo shown. The item supplied however is a good replacement for the Gridlock latch installed on my doors. Crucially there is a hole which allows the handle fixing bolt to pass through. The main difference is that the front plate part of the latch is rectangular rather than having rounded corners. This may mean a bit more chiselling out when fitting this as a replacement depending on how the original joinery was done, but no big deal. The supplied item is branded as Intelligent Hardware (IH) who as far as I can tell market the supplied item as 'Gridlock'.
