Cute little guitar

Perfect gift for friend who doesn't go anywhere without his guitar. I bought him, from Amazon, ''guitar lamp'' (a small lamp made from pipes arranged to look like a man holding a guitar, has a light bulb for his head), perfect for those who get those light bulb moments and write another song. I bought this ''mini guitar with case'' so his guitar lamp would have a spare guitar sitting next to it. He loves the lamp but has decided to turn this mini guitar into ear ring, necklace, or pin for his wife. I was glad he opted out of getting his nose pierced so he could wear it on his face. He also says he may just buy several of these and hang them on his Christmas tree amid the other ornaments to see if his wife gets the hint that he's bought her a new guitar for Christmas. These have so many uses. He even used a clay to put on the back of the guitar and pressed it on his ear to take pictures of for one of his posters (which he makes). He says he's going to get his wife to ''do up her mouth make-up'' and place the guitar onto her stuck- out- tongue and take pictures of that and put the picture on her Christmas card. See... endless uses.

I finally found the perfect guitar for my 1:12 scale scenes! I compared the measurement to my life-size acoustic guitar and the scale is just about spot on, save for the slightly oversized case. The detail on the guitar itself is impressive and neatly executed, which can be hard to find in affordable miniatures. The stand is made of plastic but holds the guitar like it is supposed to. All around this is a great buy.

The media could not be loaded. This miniature guitar has everything but the pick! There are frets, metal strings, tuning knobs, a pick guard, and it is even hollow! This instrument will be perfect in my dollhouse music room!

The microphone was adorable… However, when you put it in the little holder, it easily falls off… It does not swivel up down left or right. It would be better as one piece or you might need to glue it in so you don’t lose it in transport. It’s tiny. It’s very realistic looking and it’s adorable.
