The media could not be loaded. I don't have any major back problems but I do get a stiff back from gardening and playing golf.I saw this product and liked how it could exercise my back and thighs. So far it's been excellent at increasing the strength in my upper thighs which has undoubtedly made my legs stronger which has helped my 5 mile walk at my local golf course! I do the exercises about 5 times a week in the morning.My back also feels a lot more relaxed after lying on the Yoback, it feels like it's been stretched to a comfortable degree without discomfort.I did buy a yoga wheel once which I found impossible to use safely.The Yoback is well made and comes in 3 segments for ease of carrying in a bag and they fit snuggly together. I found it to be an excellent buy.

I've been using this for a few days now and my back, neck and shoulders already feel less stiff. The instruction manual is easy to follow and it has some Youtube tutorial videos. I use the full wheel first thing in the morning and it helps loosen my lower back and wakes me up. Then I use the 2 pieces on my lower back when I get home from work because I sit at a desk all day. The calf stretch feels great, too. Overall very happy with this purchase.

So happy with my yoback. By far the best gadget I have for stretching etc. Works very well as the wheel for full back stretch which is what I bought it for. But what was surprising is how affect it is for calf stretches, squats etc when broken down into its individual parts. Much more versatile and effective than I was expecting. Defo worth it.

I really like the Yoback. I've never seen anything like this before, so I thought I'd give it a go! Using the provided Manuel, I tried the neck, shoulders, back and calf stretchers, and they all felt great. It's easy and comfortable to use, I would thoroughly recommend it!

Quality is excellent and there is no sense of gimmick- I’m really enjoying and benefiting from using daily…I do find myself wanting to use the pieces and the wheel together but will have to make do with my standard yoga blocks- the curve really makes a difference…

I use the Yoback as a bible after sport games to ensure I have a good recovery as I play football 5-6 times a week across competitive games and training.I was referred to this by my academy coach, it's super easy for me to bring it to games, gym and when I travel to reduce muscle aches and improves flexibility.
