Love this strainer
Used this while making pho. Kept the spices inside and the clip on the side made retrieving it easy and safe but be careful and use heat safe gloves or wait for pot to cool completely before removing.

I use this to put veggie ends/pieces/scraps in for broth and soups. Easy to use, easy to clean, Great size for stock pots. Good heavy duty construction. Should last a long time. Very happy with it.
