KEYKatcher Professional PC Monitoring Keylogger App - USB Version

This review relates to the  KEYKatcher Professional PC Monitoring Keylogger App - USB Version . This is a standard USB key with keylogging software preloaded. I was unable to install the software on either a Windows 10 PC or a Windows 7 laptop. Worse still, when I inserted the USB key into the drive of the Windows 10 PC, the anti-virus programme (Windows Defender) discovered the presence of a virus (Win32/Virut.BN) in 2 files on the USB key. I wrote to KEYKatcher, via their website contact page, with full error message details but received no acknowledgement or reply. So I have returned the device as faulty. A pity because I have used another KEYKatcher device and this worked flawlessly. Incidentally, the software is available for purchase as a separate download from their site and this might be a better option for someone who has a spare USB key.

The device is useless as Windows 8 and windows 10 detect the loader.exe and KKP.exe files as malicious or potential unwanted software and I purchased on the impression it would be undetectable by Windows defender so we're do we go from here?

I could not get the product to work. It would not load on computer. I tried contacting the company, but got no response. Not happy with spending 64.00 on a product that wont work.

Unter einem Hardware Keylogger versteht man ein elektronisches Gerät was Tastatureingaben in inen Logfile speichert.Hardware Keylogger werden üblicherweise als usb angeschlossen oder zwischen Tastatur und PC geschaltet.Bei dem Gerät handelt es sich um einen USB auf dem ein Trojaner installiert ist.Nicht um einen Hardware Keylogger.Dieser Trojaner wird von allen gängigen Antiviren Programmen erkannt.Genau das will ich nicht.

The item arrived broken (in 3 pieces), dirty, and appeared to be used. Once I plugged it into any keyboard the keyboard would stop working.
