Fun to look at and remember what happened the year my friend was born and very interesting.

The book had a number of useful facts about people and events (although it didn't have the World Series winner), that were fun to remember.It also had a lot of British information, while I wasn't interested in, -- but that was ok.

Great lil’ book! Lots of wonderful info and tidbits. Great gift.

Neat gift idea for any occasion

What a great reminder of what we experienced in 1983!It starts out a little dark, but some bad things did happen in 1983.SO much of what we consider as Pop Culture happened that year.Especially in the movies and music – history being made!If you want to travel back to 1983 read this book.

This book is a pure delight! 1983 is the year I graduated high school, so this was a wonderful trip down memory lane! Would make a great gift. Well written, thorough, great pictures - 5 stars!

I was so disappointed when I received this book. I did not realize this book was completely black & white, all photos & advertisements as well. It made it difficult to read advertisements. At the end you are given "free gift" pdf of the book in color. I returned the book.
