Very comfortable with having the hand grip on the yoga blocks.
The yoga blocks are easy to use and sometimes I need to not have such a wide grip, so finding these were a plus!

Great for troubled hands
The hand indentations help as the normal yoga blocks are difficult to grasp onto if you have hand issues like arthritis or hands that curl.

Pro: align hand to save the wrist, lightweight, seems sturdy.Con: I know this is petty, I have small hands, so sometimes it's hard to get into the correct position.However, I would recommend them because the do help for kneeling excercises

Could have made them myself for less $$$
These are carved from a regular yoga block. The cut outs are not uniform from left to right. Not sure how well they will hold up. Feel like I got duped

Life Saver
I train some clients with arthritis in their wrists and these are super helpful, keeping their wrists neutral in plank/pushup positions. Soft, but firm enough to be supportive and durable.
