This Trainer is well built and probably as good as it gets.
Unit is outstanding. Well built, fairly quiet, and connected easily with bluetooth to both Rouvy and Zwift. Elevation transitions are smooth and you can coast realistically along with realistic draft benefits. It is usable with any phone, pad or computer. It rocks, you cannot go wrong.

Great - Simple setup
I dont know how to do anything with my bike except put air in the tires. This setup was so easy and riding with zwift is so much fun.

Missing stuff
Was supposed to come w 3 months of Zwift and it didint. I got ripped off

Great trainer not as advertised though
I was excited when my trainer arrived early, but disappointed at how badly beat up the box was when it arrived and when I opened it, it looked like it had been and then quickly repacked. The packaging though looked like it saved it. It came with everything it said it would come with but the 3 months access for Zwift. I posted a question to Amazon and they said they asked a question to Saris and stated Saris never responded and so I wasn't going to get an answer to my question. The setup was easy and I have only started riding for a few weeks. I was able to remove the pre-installed gears and replace with a set for my bike and change out the other parts for the through axle. I was able to update the H2 and it connected quickly to Zwift and was quite a workout. I downgraded a star because the gears that were installed, the ant+ receiver, cable that came with device, and the fact that it didn't come with the advertised 3-month Zwift membership are not worth the extra $400 they charged for the device. However, with the current Covid-19 environment it is difficult to find a bike, much less a trainer. If it wasn't for that I would have probably returned it. I still may.

Great trainer
I bought an H2 from my local Trek dealer three years ago. It pairs easily with my ipad. I ride most days fall to spring and put on 5700 miles. I can't speak to customer service as I've never needed it. I hear the new H3 is quieter but my H2 is no louder than the wind noise outdoors on a nice summer day. I like that it is made across the city where I live.

day one and off on the wrong foot
after sending a ton of money to get this trainer your hit with you need the usb dongle to do updates because windows and others cannot update this freaking trainer
