This is a great quality product! The taste is quite strong and unusual if you’ve never had it before. A bit on the bitter side which I didn’t mind, it had an energy boosting effect on me while also helping with focus. It’s great as an afternoon pick me up, when energy levels tend to drop a bit.

This birch tea was a special treat for me for sentimental reasons since my aunt from West Virginia used to make 'Birch Aid,' the nickname for Birch bark tea. This was the first birch aid I've had in 60 years.

I ordered this tea because of gastro problems and google said it was good for this. But I was not aware at the time that I ordered this tea that it can keep other medications/vitamins from absorbing thoroughly. I hadn't even opened the package so I thought I could return it. Nope. Just an FYI if you're on any kinds of medications it might be best to skip this one.
