What a terrible way to pack a great-looking bag! The KAKA US Official Store packaged the bag by folding it at the center, creating permanent damage to the bag. I'm sharing this so that they can take care of the packaging for future customers. I asked for a replacement. I hope they send it this time without folding it.

Took this to Italy. Wore it everywhere! Fit laptop, iPhone, bottled water, clothes for a week , candy magazines sneakers etc etc etc! Love ❤️

I really like the look of the backpack and for most things it does what I need it to. I do wish it expanded a little more and offered some sort of organization in the pockets.
