I notice my skin is more luminous, I can see the difference this product makes. I am reordering tonight and will be including it into my favorites must halves. An extra plus is the capsules are tiny so taking it is an aesthetic experiece. I highly recommend it for the results it brings.

I started taking these after my bariatric team suggested I take them for low A and D vitamins. I had bypass. They are tiny capsules and easy to swallow. Easy on stomach.

After I had some bloodwork done, my family care doctor recommended I take a vitamin ADK to help my low vitamin D. He suggested a vitamin ADK supplement over just a vitamin D supplement b/c it better helps your body get the full benefit of the vitamin D. I can't remember what all he said, but he knew what he was talking about, so I started looking for a good ADK supplement. After a little research, I decided upon this one. I have been taking it for probably about a year now and it works great! The vitamin D level on my bloodwork is great now and I feel good too!
