Product received without any damage and works fine 👍
product received with good condition.and installation person also came ontimewhat he was assured. but only concern isinstallation fee you have to pay. not Free (₹350). No complaint of heater as of now. I was using last couple of weeks.another thing price is little bit high comparing other brands.

Parts missing in the heater
2 nos flexi pipe missing in the product delivered. The installation guy charged 490 for those flexi pipe without any payment reciept. This is unacceptable. The installation is free but the technicians are demanding and charging very high cost for materials. Very bad experience with the Havells heater. Will write detail review about the product after usage. Looks are good but need to see the efficiency and overall functionality.

This havells Water heater itself a brand and fulfil its job perfectly. I am happy by using this but installation was not good at all. Technician was unprofession and he said that he saw this type of geyser first time in his life n at that moment i thought bro will you able to install or not. At last he didn't listen to me and follow his procedure unprofessionaly. I personaly lifted this geyser to him. All over not happy by technician but product is good
