Man Up!
Man up follows the career of Jay and Mark Briscoe, picking up where their previous DVD(Sandy Fork Originals) left off. The following matches are included:Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team vs. The Briscoes - Haas and Benjamin jumped the Briscoes before the bell had been rung, they attacked them with their title belts, threw them in to the barricades and hit them with vicious chair shots that split Jay's head open. They couldn't be disqualified because the bell hadn't been called for yet so the match hadn't technically started. They worked over the Briscoe brothers for a long time while the referee tried to get them under control so the match could start. After they hit Jay with a double team move he rolls out of the ring and Mark enters and they finally start the match. Haas and Benjamin continue to assault Mark until Jay comes in and hits a superkick. The Briscoes take advantage of Shelton's previously injured ribs to get back into the match. The match goes back and forth from here until Benjamin is taken out by medical staff. The referee gets knocked down which Haas and Benjamin(who came out again) take advantage of immediately. This wasn't much of a match as most of the action happened before the match and when the referee was down but it was still entertaining. The Briscoes vs. Davey Richards & Kyle O'Reilly - The match started off with some technical wrestling until Kyle went after Mark's arm which seemed to make him panic and use strikes to get out of it. All four men ended up outside of the ring early on. Back in the ring and O'Reilly was again targeting Mark's arm. The Briscoes managed to tag eventually and then they went on to isolate and work over Kyle O' Reilly. Richards entered the ring and allowed Kyle to come back. The rest of the match felt very out of control with both members of each team being in the ring at the same time for way longer than would normally be allowed. Most of the match seemed to be under tornado rules even though it wasn't. It was still a back and forth decent match though. The Briscoes vs. The Young Bucks - The Bucks jump the Briscoes before the match begins, then soon get cocky and start playing to the crowd though which let the Briscoes get the advantage soon after. The Briscoes then started the match fairly dominant until th Young Bucks managed to come back. This was a good match(Although I feel these teams have had better) with the Briscoes using their toughness to overcome the Young Bucks, and the Bucks using their speed and unorthodox tactics to get the match back in their favour. The Briscoes vs. Jigsaw & Hallowicked - They start off with some good back and forth wrestling but it doesn't last long because as soon as the Briscoes got the tag they dominated their opponents. They went outside the ring and continued to dominate out there, looking to finish this match as early as possible. Their domination continues until they go for a doomsday device and Jigsaw pushes Mark off the top rope through a nearby table. From this point on the match is a lot more even sided with both teams getting their offence in. This looked like it might be over quickly but then it came back and turned into a pretty good match. The Briscoes vs. Kevin Steen & Jimmy Jacobs - They started brawling straight away which the Briscoes seemed to come out on top of. Then the match starte properly and the Briscoes were tagging in and out working over Jimmy Jacobs. Steen came in which let his team then take advantage. They spilt out to the floor and were counted out and the match was a draw. Jim Cornette then came out to restart the match where anything goes(and to call Steen fat which felt awkward as Cornette looked like a slightly squashed tomato). This then continued as a brawl, they brought chairs into the fight. This didn't feel very good in my opinion(but the crowd seemed to disagree). It just seemed to happen and wasn't that great. The final minutes were good though with Mark Briscoe hitting an amazing dive through a table. Outside of that though this was just there. The Briscoes & Rhett Titus vs. Kevin Steen, Steve Corino & Jimmy Jacobs - This was a Steel Cage match but they all started brawling on the outside of the cage before the match could start. Both the Briscoes were split open during this fight. They eventually got in the ring but they took out Mark Briscoe and the Steen got the cage door locked so he was left outside. S.C.U.M were attacking Jay and Rhett in the cage and being very dominant in there with the numbers advantage on their side. Mark kept trying to enter the ring but Steen kept cutting him off before he could get in. At one point Mark ended up falling through a table on the outside when he was blocked from getting in. Mark did eventually enter the match but was still visibly out of it from the table spot and pre-match brawl. This match felt much better to me than the previous match with a better story.S.C.U.M. vs. The Briscoes vs. C&C Wrestle Factory - This was a "Sudden Death" tag match for the tag team championship. All men were allowed in the ring at the same time and the first person to get a fall wins. The Briscoes and C&C teamed up to begin with, both going after the members of S.C.U.M. as neither of them wanted them to leave with the tag belts. This ended as soon as they started trying to get the pin though as both teams wanted to win so would break up each others pinfall attempts. Jacobs and Corino eventually got the advantage while most of the other men were out of the ring by double teaming Coleman. Corino and Jacobs took full advantage of the fact that they couldn't be disqualified in a three way match to desperately try and keep their tag team titles. The match was shorter than I expected but it was very good in the time that it lasted. The Briscoes vs. The American Wolves - The match started off with technical wrestling that neither team seemed to be getting the better of. The Briscoes started tagging in and out and working over Edwards. That was until Richards got the tag and started taking on both Brsicoes, including at one point having both Briscoes in a submission hold at the same time. The match went on and it was a great back and forth battle that could have gone either way, with both teams using really good teamwork and both teams showing their resiliency and refusal to lose. The Briscoes vs. reDRagon - The Briscoes had the advantage to start off with until Bobby Fish managed to take out the Briscoes and hurt Jay's knee which reDRagon then worked over in their corner. This was a really good back and forth match with great teamwork where reDRagon showed that they belong with top teams like the Briscoes. There were plenty of near falls and either team could have won this. The Briscoes vs. Adam Cole & Michael Bennett - This was another good back and forth match. The Briscoes got in a lot of offence but Cole and Bennett worked as a team to come back. They were all fighting on the outside at one point as seems to happen in a lot of the Briscoes matches. A table was moved and Bennett ended up putting Mark through it which took them both out leaving the final minutes of the match Adam Cole against Jay Briscoe one on one.The Briscoes vs. reDRagon vs. BJ Whitmer & Jimmy Jacobs - In this match only two men wrestled at a time while they could tag in anybody else from the outside(including members of other teams if necessary) This was a fast paced match that was shorter than I expected, they did a lot in the time though and it was still a good match. The Briscoes vs. Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows - They started brawling straight away and fought around the ringside area. The match eventually got back in the ring but it remained a brawl with big power moves. Gallows took out Mark for a while outside to give him and Anderson the two on one advantage over Jay. Mark did manage to come back to even things up. This was a fun, hard hitting brawl. The Briscoes vs. Matt Hardy & Michael Bennett - The two teams had a short back and forth match. Jay Briscoe started working over the neck of Hardy with neckbreakers, Bennett Got into the ring and hit Briscoe with Matt Hardy's "Iconic" championship so the match was over by disqualification. Nigel McGuinness came out to restart the match with no disqualifications. They then brought out chairs, tables and ladders and there were some pretty good moments and a good finish. The Briscoes vs. The Young Bucks - The Young Bucks started off hitting both Briscoes with superkicks which sent them out of the ring to regroup. Back in the ring the Briscoes took the fight to the Bucks with the match going back and forth from here. There were lots of great counters, double teams and near falls throughout the match. This was a really good match and in my opinion better than the first match between these two teams on this DVD.The Briscoes & The Addiction vs. The Young Bucks & reDRagon - This match was under elimination rules; if one member of a team was pinned or submitted both members of that team are out. This was a really fun match between four great teams. Both sets of teams worked well together for the most part. There was some miscommunication leading to the first elimination but it was accidental. The whole match was great and made everyone involved look good. The Briscoes vs. ACH & Matt Sydal - The Briscoes were aggressive here, maybe more so than usual. They were using the ring ropes to do extra damage and hit a death valley driver on the apron. This was another good match with The Briscoes trying to ground their smaller opponents and ACH and Sydal coming back using their speed and agility to counter the Briscoes Power. There are also two bonus matches included:The Briscoes vs. The Headbangers - This was quite a short match. They started brawling straight away, The Headbangers got the advantage using underhanded tactics behing the referees back. It didn't take to long for the Briscoes to come back though. This match wasn't bad but it wasn't very good either. I guess that's why it's only a bonus match. The Briscoes, Papa Briscoe & Moose vs. Jay Lethal, Adam Cole, Bobby Fish & J Diesel - Originally this was a match between Jay Briscoe and Jay Lethal. After a lot of stalling Briscoe talked Lethal into putting his TV title on the line. Lethal stalled some more and Adam Cole came out and attacked Briscoe from behind. Mark came out to even it up and this happened until all eight men were out. The match was thrown out and then they set up this eight man tag. Unfortunately the tag match wasn't very good either. It felt very basic and slow with more stalling and it never felt like they were putting much effort in. There's no commentary either and the camerawork isn't too good so I get the impression that this was at a less important show so they just did the basics. Not really worth watching.Overall this is a pretty good DVD, I prefer their earlier DVD(Sandy Fork Originals but there were some good matches on here as well. There were a few that weren't very good, mainly the bonus matches, but overall I found this to be a very good set.

Amazing!
Awesome DVD! Probably the best 'Best Of' DVDs I've seen, Tag-Team wrestling at it's best!
