Love this box. well made and a pretty cool handle that flips up and then turns to open.

I was pleasantly surprised by this steel electrical junction box. It strikes a nice balance between durability, practicality, and ease of use. While you’ll still want to make sure it’s installed correctly, for the price and specification this is a strong choice for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Sturdy and solid. Good hinges and door latch. Paint is decent. Mine arrived dented, and one of the bolts for the mounting plate is bent and the weld has torn loose. Fixable, but annoying.

Box is sealed very tight. Not sure of the of the quality of the paint, burns off easily when drilling holes.

Very well built steel junction box with excellent shipping and as described. I will be using this for an enclosure on a Kubota tractor for an inverter to use for a remote 120 volt power source to run various tools and charge batteries for same tools.

Very poor quality. Several screws missing. Door is loose does not close well. Removable back plate missing nuts. No fasteners for ground wire. Not usable outdoors. Not packaged very well. Comes in a box with no protective materials. Will not buy again from this brand.

Not very high quality. Thin metal and the corners are tack welded so the paint is the only thing actually sealing corners. I could see some light in some places on mine so was not waterproof. Gasket is pretty small and still had paper backing in places on the one I got Would work ok for a lightweight box indoors, but would not recommend for outdoors.

Great construction. Needed to add an extra panel beside my panel for extra connections for a throw switch for a generator setup. Great construction. Lock works as it should. Sturdy. Will buy again if needed. Good quality.

This is a disappointing product, and there are a number of reasons I don't recommend purchasing this. As an "Indoor & Outdoor Electrical Enclosure", it is not suitable for anything beyond, at best, low voltage applications. There are enough deficiencies that it doesn't meet any type of safety certification and is completely unsuitable for line voltage applications. 1. The cardboard packaging this comes in from the manufacturer is extremely thin. There is no internal protective insert(s) and as a result, mine arrived with two dents in the top, despite being no corresponding box damage. 2. There is some light debris/dust in the finish. The bare metal doesn't appear to have been well prepared prior to the powder coat application. 3. There are numerous missing parts: a) 3 of 4 nuts that hold the internal mounting plate in place were not included. b) 2 of 4 screws to secure the bottom access panel in place are missing. c) No lock washers are provided for the ground strap or any of the mounting hardware. 4. The foam weatherstrip applied to the inside of the door was done so very poorly. There are both overlaps and gaps. 5. Tabs provided for wall mounting are bent at an odd angle, don't fit the indents of the cabinet, and inconsistent from one to the next. This is not intentional, just poor quality control. 6. There are gaps in the corner welds for the mating lip around the main case opening. Therefore, this will not be "Moisture & Dustproof". This will work for my application, but I'm really on the fence as to whether or not I should return it. Since I likely have the missing hardware in my garage, along with replacement foam weatherstrip, I'll consider keeping it. If I knew what I do now, I would not have purchased this.

Needed a basic steal box to lock my car chargers into. The box is not waterproof at all, the weld and overall build quality is very poor, mig wire was still sticking out of welds. But the box works for what I required. Price is higher then it deserves but it is still cheaper then the actual nema 4 boxes that are available. I needed a cheap box to customize so these details did not dissuade me, also my placement won't get rained on. I also modified to add additional wire holes and painted the box black to match my exterior trim.

Really poor quality. Seams are bad . Rusted in corners. Missing screws. Weatherstrip is junk. Even the door lock is mounted crooked. It’s probably a return for me….but needed quickly.
