Love this incense holder, it contains the ash perfectly in the holder without making a mess like other designs. The vertical design also means it takes less room and it’s very well crafted, simple but elegant.

Excellent design, it ensures that the ash is always collected in the tube. Dropped a star because the tube got a singe mark on it. Maybe a larger tube would be better to keep the joss stick keeps away from the tube which is plastic.

The price put me off for so long. Well worth the purchase. Solid and sturdy. Thank you

Any stick you put it in will burn really well, however- more often than not the ash from the stick will stay as one long tube. As there is no angle for it to detach from the burning stick, so it just forms a long ash stick which falls off only when the incense stick burns out completely- predictably the ash stick then misses the small pot underneath as it is far too long to neatly fall into the pot

Just the fact that it burns down too quickly.

The idea of this incense burner is an excellent one - fix your incense stick into it upside-down (that is with the thin stick at the top and the burning end at the bottom) so that the whole thing has a much smaller footprint on your table or other surface, and the ash falls into the base without making a mess. Well, that's the idea, anyway. It looks quite attractive, unlike the curved narrowboat things I was previously using, and certainly doesn't take up much room. The brass clamp at the top holds the incese stick in place firmly enough, and for most of the burning time, the ask does fall into the base. the problem comes when the stick is almost completely burned down - the last bit of ash has further to fall, and so if there's any kind of draught or air current in your room (or someone rushes past) that ash is more likely to miss the base and fall onto the table anyway. See pictures. So, an imperfect solution in practice, but still a useful space-saver if you enjoy burning joss sticks in your home.

Es ist so praktisch und die Asche von Räucherstäbchen fliegt und liegt nicht überall herum. Schade, dass das Teil aus Glas nicht aus Glas sondern Plastik ist. Sieht schnell ein wenig trüb aus. Aber für mich, die so gern Räucherstäbchen anzündet, ist es die beste Anschaffung gewesen! Würde ich nicht mehr missen wollen.

Endlich keine Asche mehr neben dem Ständer! Super Idee und praktisch!

Sehr schön aber der schutz teppich ist viel zu klein habe dies seit einem jahr une wirklich ideal für klein platz aber wie gesagt teppich zu klein und für das erste mal ist mein tisch leider verbrannt
