Absolutely LOVE my garden chair! It was easy to assemble together even though the instructions weren’t fully clear. May be difficult for some people who aren’t DIY savvy to put together however for myself personally the parts all was straightforward for me to put together. The only downfall was the parcel came in 4 boxes and the logistic co-ordination was poorly organised. The seller however was very transparent and worked hard in getting all parcels delivered. Thank you

Product was delivered on time but the assembly took much longer than it should. Holes don't always line up properly and some improvisation is required here and there. Also three of my panels didn't have the pre-drilled holes so after contacting the supplier (who were very helpful) they asked if I was willing to drill the holes myself, not ideal but they offered me a slight discount as a result so all good!!! The canopy is very tricky to assemble and attach I needed 3 attempts! Once done though the product is fantastic and looks incredible. Worth the hassle mentioned above!

Very poor information from seller. Expect very slow response from Skysi (Their A.i bot) if chasing up delivery information. Item shipped as 4 box's. First two box's arrived a day early (Tuesday) at two times in different vans from DX couriors. Waited in on Wednesday, day of expected delivery and nothing arrived with no update. Seller informed us on Thursday package may not be delivered until Monday the following week. Then informed by DHL they were delivering 1 box on Friday. They then delivered 2 box's on Friday. So finally received all 4 box's Item itself is very easy to assemble and only took me about 2 hours. The only thing to be aware of is the hood frame bars will need slight deburring to ensure they slot together more easily as the drill holes catch pushing them together. Other than that really pleased with the actual product. . Just a shame that that the experience of the purchase was let down by the seller and their A.i bot Skysi . (Suggest they pick a more human name like Bert of Ethel if they want to think we are dealing with a human)

Superb purchase. It is is not the easiest to put together and we had to drill some holes ourselves which extended the time frame. However despite this it has been a great purchase and very much looking forward to the summer months.

Took me a while and some patience to assemble it all but once assembled it’s perfect for what I’m looking for. Shelter from a bit of a cold breeze so I can still enjoy the sun outside without being too chilly. And…have a bit of shade for my face!

Looks great and functions well but took around 3 hours to put together. Holes not aligned well and very poor instructions.

Only negative couldn't get the clips on to keep the items together so they move along with the cushions. They need stronger velcro
