Effective and helpful

Very happy with this product. Used it to reseed my gut after needing to be on two powerful antibiotics which killed all my natural flora.It helped bloating and water retention tremendously. For those who noticed that the bloating was worse, look up die-off symptoms.Apparently over half of Americans have fecalization of the small intestine, meaning SIBO or SIFO. This stuff competes with the bad bacteria and can cause die-off symptoms temporarily. Given that the antibiotics I took likely had already killed any bad bugs, I didn't experience this.

Great product

I am not sure yet if it's effective. But I haven't noticed any negative side effects so far. I will continue using it for a few more months and see how it works.

Works for me - I can make "yogurt" with this by mixing it with half & half and a little bit of inulin, and fermenting 36 hours at around 100°F or slightly cooler. I can then freeze the whey from that batch and use it as a starter for subsequent batches.

Good value

This made me feel awful. I took it for a little over two weeks and it made me feel bloated and overall uncomfortable. Plus, I think it made me gain almost 10 pounds!! I’m sure the symptoms would have subsided if I continued it but since the price increased $25 in three weeks since I purchased it, I will not continue to take. I stopped it three days ago and I’m already feeling more normal. I’m throwing out what I have left.
