Compliments on my handlebars???
Car breaks down end of summer so I buy an ebike. Weather starts to get cold & I can't feel the little buttons to change the pedal assist. Gloves keep my hands warm but... I can't feel the little buttons to change the pedal assist. So these things kept my on my bike all autumn. There's a gap because of all the wires & cables that wind gets in. Not that bad. A guy at the grocery store asked to take a picture of my handlebars! I got used to getting comments on the ebike itself but didn't expect it for hand warmers.

Fantastic
Move from the southwest to NYC, so I'm not used to the cold. I commute on my bike, and anything below 30F was kicking my butt -- even with ski gloves I was ended my ride with throbbing fingers and mildly concerned about frostbite. These little babies have completely fixed that. Even on the days it went below 10F, I got by with cheapy thin gloves (the touchscreen-compatible kind) with absolutely no problem.I was worried about getting my hands in and out for signaling or emergency situations.- For signaling it's been fine, although one time I found myself with my arm out to signal and then needing to brake, and I just kept my hand outside and mashed the whole thing to brake (the covers completely cover the brakes, and just squeezed the covers with the brakes inside). That's not ideal, but I'm willing to live with it.- If an emergency situation came up and I need my hand to break my fall or whatever, I'm not 100% sure these wouldn't cause me a problem, but after a month of using them I don't worry about it anymore.

Keep your hands toasty warm
I waited a few weeks of using these warmers before writing this review. At first I was not sure how I would be able to shift and brake with the warmers installed on my handle bars. It turns out that this is not at all a problem. I have bar ends, so I cut holes and poked them through. These things are very warm, I have ridden right through the winter and no longer need heavy gloves to stay warm. To cool down, you can ride with the zips open, this is required or you'll get too hot. I ride in Montreal, this winter it's been as cold as -30C and my feet are cold before my hands since I started using the warmers. For me, they have been a winter riding game changer.
