Bigger than expected but useful.
This is quite a bit larger (spirals about 2” round) than I thought when ordering it to replace a small version (one that was max 1” in diameter), but while its too large for my initial purposes, it’s my favorite mixing tool for liquids and this one is sturdy and well made, so I kept it and I’m glad I did because it’s so handy. Easy to clean, sturdy and the round of small spiral encircling the whisk head stay where they should.

LARGE whisks that may outlive ME!
Even the smaller of the two in this set is still a large whisk (about 2.5" across). Overall, I'm delighted. They seem well made and built to last. I have only two minor complaints: 1) I would like it if they were closer to a 45° angle than a 90°. I suspect these are about a 75° angle. I like to be able to stir with them, and it's a bit awkward with these. 2) the handles are weighted; I would prefer they were lighter. I'm thinking that if I had to stand a stir a gravy with these for 10 minutes or more, my arm might get tired. Other than those two things, I'm very happy with my purchase. I love this style of whisk--they're easy to clear (stainless steel), and the give me lump-free puddings, gravies, dressings.

LOVE IT
I find myself reaching for this whisk more than any other. It is particularly useful when making pan sauces and gravies. I've had it for more than a year and use it all the time. Def recommend.

Very handy
I didn’t know how much I needed this until I saw it in. Video and thought I would give it a try. It really is so much better than a traditional whisk or a fork even, for beating eggs and eggs with milk or cream for recipes.

New tool to me
I was looking for stainless steel whisks and came across these. They are stainless, well made and easy to clean. So far I've used them to beat eggs (much more thorough and faster than a whisk or fork) and for powdered gravy mix. They are much more than I expected and wish I had known about them sooner!

This product has made my cooking experience easier especially when stirring ingredients for a marinade or a dressing.Originally, l used chopsticks ( l know this is rather tedious) but using the coil whisk made my job easier and less laborious. Haven't used it for whisking eggs yet for making omelettes, but methinks this will also be time-saving.It is a great tool to my culinary arsenal & so easy to clean - a definite must for the home chef.
