Order came on time. Box contents well packaged. No broken nor missing items. Straight forward simple instructions. One person can put it together smoothly.Parts fitted well, didn’t need to fight it.Fairly comfortable. I already sat for 2 webinars each 8 hours long and it was fine. Yes, you may yearn for a little more cushier seat. Buy a gel cushion.Good lumbar and tilting neck support. Rocks, swivels, adjustable height.Arms lift up to slide the chair under small desk. You can adjust angle of arm rests and it is nicely comfortable.A very good chair for the price and features.Would have bought it knowing what I know now.

This chair an Awesome chair for anyone but especially if you're a bigger person and still want comfort. I'm 375 Lbs and this chair supports me and is built tough. I work from home so I needed a chair that is comfortable, built tough to support me and looks good in my office. The butt and back support is great and the head support is also great! I read the reviews before buying and I'm excited to share tjat reviews were true and also wanted to reassure the next buyer. Putting together the chair was also an easy process. Would highly recommend to everyone and also for a bigger set person looking for comfort!

Easy assembly- only took me about 30 min. Feels heavy duty and it’s wide - my bf and I are not small people. So far so good.

Edit: While my experience with the chair as not the best, I must say that the customer service was excellent and they seem to be very willing to stand behind their product. I've been issued a full refund and my communication with the seller (who reached out to me) was nothing less than stellar. Knowing this, I will be far more comfortable purchasing from this seller in the future, as many companies do not provide much in the way of product support these days.Just to be clear, I'm absolutely nowhere near the 450lb weight limit this chair claims to support. After assembling the chair, which was relatively simple, everything seemed to be fine for most of the first week. The chair is a little more firm than I expected, but it was reasonably comfortable for a desk chair. One evening while having an online discussion, I was admittedly leaning a bit on the right arm of the chair. Once again though, being well below the weight limit advertised, I didn't imagine it would be problematic. Suddenly there was a very loud cracking noise, and I nearly tumbled out of my chair onto the floor. The joint holding the arm had ripped completely in half. While I also do realize that the arms of the chairs aren't made to support the full weight of the person sitting in it, I wouldn't think someone leaning against the arm of the chair a little would cause this malfunction.

Apparently there was a crack in the leg that I didn’t notice. Leaned forward today to get up and the legs snapped off. I’ve only had the chair for 6 months so I won’t be ordering it again. It was comfy while it lasted it just decided it didn’t want to be here anymore I guess.

I want to like this chair as it’s comfy but after 3 months this thing failed or failing. As you can tell it’s tilting forward. It’s locked in place and still tilts. I’m 250 so I’m 50 under the max weight. Maybe the limit is under 250.Update: found out the seat plate broke. Also I can’t find a way to contact seller directly for this issue.UPDATE 2: Seller responded to my review and offered a refund or replacement. I opted for a refund. Communication was a bit rough since likely they are overseas but the way they handled the situation I changed my 1 star to 3 star.

I'm a good 100 lbs below the limit, but I am a big guy and this chair is sturdy, comfortable and easily worth the price. Easy to assemble, packaged well. The headrest is oddly completely useless, it is way too far back, no way a normal human can rest back on it. The rest of the chair is great. I really like the swing up arms. The seat spring is strong enough for a big guy, which is not common.
