This works great stopping food bowls moving around the floor

It took me a long time to choose a feeding mat because we only have a small space to place the cat bowls and most mats seemed too large. Some of the dimensions of this mat matched up with some of the rectangular mats but because it is curved, it is far less obtrusive and we can walk past it freely without having to swerve around it in our narrow hallway. It is easy to keep clean as long as you pick any bits up after the cat has fed. Most stray bits of food tend to land on the mat rather than all over the floor like they did previously without a mat, which was a disaster on the laminate flooring. Biscuits sometimes end up under the mat, so it's worth checking to make sure you've picked up everything. Our cat is a messy eater, she likes to try to 'bury' her food/bowls once she's fed, by kicking them all over the place but they tend to stay on the mat most of the time and there is also less water splashed all over the floor. The backing could be a bit less slippy but even on matt laminate, it's not too bad even when the cat kicks and 'digs' her bowls. I don't have so much to clear up and I'm not putting the bowls back in place as much as I used to have to do without a mat. I'm very pleased with this product, it's made a big difference for me.

Loved this little mat! Great price and just what I was looking for! Delivered without the packaging in a clear plastic bag which was no problem at all as protected if I wasn’t home and amazon were able to deliver while I was not home! Easy to clean too.
