If you have deficiency- don’t take them as supplements
These tablets are not good —- I was taking them for month or so — after two months when I did the blood test , it says that I have deficiency of B12 AND D3. 😕 not even low or something, I have deficiency. One of the reasons for deficiency was low intake of D3 🤷🏻♀️ what? I mean — I was taking them properly but it doesn’t work
