I purchased this mini split system last summer. The quality is great and with a little DIY research, easy to install. I had a self-induced problem programming the system to use the Android app, and tech support was fast and easily remedied my problem.It cools about 1000 sq ft in 90 deg f weather for us. Works down to 20 deg F for heating in the winter

Technology, don't fail me now.Okay, here's the caveat: while installation isn't brain surgery, a little HVAC know-how goes a long way. DELLAs recommends dedicating a circuit breaker and testing for leaks at the lines (cue the DIY montage music!). If you're a seasoned home warrior, this is a walk in the park. But if your toolbox holds more spatulas than screwdrivers, consider enlisting the help of a friendly neighborhood hvac pro.Overall, the DELLAs 12000 BTU Mini Split is already a winner in my book. This thing rocks, I installed mine late October 2023 and it's been chugging along ever since. Heating bills are down considerably and it runs so quietly. The smart home feature has worked flawlessly since day one but that can always change. Integrates with home assistant if that is something you do too. Overall its a fun project to install if you like DIY stuff, and it really cuts down on bills. Win / Win

I was tired of paying for propane to heat my RV so we decided to try installing this unit. The install was simple and it works great! I wish I would have done this upgraded long ago!

Do not buy this unless you fulfill all of the following requirements:-You are generally a very handy person-Your installation will have the minisplit head unit on the exact opposite side of a wall from the condenser-You own a torque wrench-You are using flareseals-You are not extending the length of this at all-You know exactly how to plumb a condensation lineOr if you're an HVAC person I guess.Note that very few HVAC people up north will work on this unless you buy it directly from them. If you're planning on having an HVAC person install it, BUY ONE DIRECTLY FROM THEM. This was a nightmare to install in a more custom situation. Save yourself time and money by following my suggestions. You will regret not doing soEDIT:DO NOT BUY THIS MINISPLIT PERIOD! GOOD LUCK FINDING SOMEONE WILLING TO COME OUT. Actually, buy this for someone you hate or recommend it to them. It will make their life a living hell until they gain the good sense to throw it away

This product works great I professionally installed it myself, as I put them in for a living. Little bit different from the mitsu, but works just as good. I honestly don't have one complaint about this unit. It is even quieter than some of the higher end ones I have installed. The remote and app are a little fidgety but by far a great product and worth the moneyUpdate it has been 2 years and I have not had one problem with this unit it works great and has never failed me heats the room in the winter and cools it in the summer does what it's suppose to do. Highly recommend

This was best investment I've ever made. I put this on the wall on my porch that I've converted to a sun room. This extra space that I enclosed with plexiglass and wood and sealed with insulation stayed about 20 degrees different from out side. With a window unit and heaters. Now with the split unit it stays what ever temp I want it to be. The della split unit is so quite I have to put my ear on it to hear it run sometimes the out side unit is even quite. If you mount on outside wall that is a little thin and only a few inches thick it might give a little bit of a hum but so slight you have to want to hear it. Turbo cool or heat will cool or heat super fast. The remote is confusing really bad even with the instructions. No real video to watch on it and you can not out it on auto and set a temp. When you put it on auto which is what I use the most your temp is not settable. You can NOT set auto. Not even on the app. AUTO can not be set. I have not found anything anywhere that can tell me how to set auto. Otherwise this is perfect 👌 👍 🥰. I love it.
