My first hybrid mattress and I got to say it really comfortable. I'm used to spring mattresses, so this one took some getting used to. After waiting three days for it to be fully inflated, my first night on it was strange, but the next few night my body got comfortable with it. Firmness is exactly how I want it and the quality is very nice. I feel fully supported and best part is, no pain! I'm glad I made the investment.

This mattress is very comfortable. I prefer the 10" to the 12" We put this mattress in our home in all the guest rooms because I slept on it at a friend's house and had the best sleep i had had in a long time. I ordered the 12" for master bedroom thinking it would be better but it was not as comfortable. more firm than i wanted. so replaced with the 10" I tend to have hip issues at night and this helped with that.

Amazing that these mattresses can be as comfortable as they are. I do add a 2" memory foam topper to mine though.

My wife and I were previously sleeping on a more 'popular' mattress brand that was triple the price. It was not a very nice mattress. It sagged on the edges, slept very hot, was very soft, and overall a disappointment. So, I have to say I was kind of excited to try something new, and having had great luck years ago with a "cheap" mattress, I was intent on not wasting money again. Novilla had consistently good reviews, not just on Amazon, but elsewhere (always check elsewhere for a purchase like this), and I was excited to try out a Hybrid style mattress.Well, I am not disappointed with this decision. This mattress is nice and flat. It has much more support. It is a bit more on the "bouncy" side. I can sleep on my side without pain. It sleeps cooler. It's literally better in every way imaginable, despite being a third of the cost. It turns out, there are some items where you DON'T pay for what you get. I have no idea how Novilla is making money at the price I paid when you factor in shipping costs, but I am not complaining.Overall, this is a genuinely great mattress for an incredible value.

After needing a proper mattress and searching for several months on Amazon I decided on the Novilla mattress after seeing that it had inner foam coils. I read a review that said it was bouncy and I have never had a bouncy bed before so thought I would try it. I've only ever slept on firm beds and sleeping on this mattress is like sleeping on a dream. The mattress is firm but it is soft at the same time. Hard to explain, I know, but trust me, it feels like a cloud. The top is a quilted fabric so it keeps you cool. It came packaged very tightly in clean plastic so the mattress was sterile and fresh. I love my Novilla. The quality is out of this world. I dreamed so much and when I woke up my back and diaphram felt like they were better aligned believe it or not. Can't recommend this product enough. Thank you, Novilla.

I am very happy with this 12" mattress. I had never gotten a "bed in a box" before so I was worried. There was no smell when opened -it does POP open so be careful- It expanded immediately - be sure you have plenty of room- It is heavy but I had no problem putting it on the bed frame by myself (husband was at work). I did let it set for the full 72 hours as well as lightly pulling up on the edges once a day -recommend both- It seems like it's not changing at all those first couple of days. But it really is. When first on the frame it sat a little below the bottom of the headboard. Slowly but surely at the end of the 72 hours it was a little above the bottom of the headboard. So definitely wait the full 72 hours. I like the medium firmness myself because it's not "hard" and I don't sink into it either. It's comfortable yet supportive for me - I am 5' 7" and 180 lbs- just remember to read and follow all directions and recommendations and you'll be happy with this mattress.

It is a good quality mattress. I am looking for a mattress which can help my back pain as my old mattress is too soft with memory foam support. This mattress I just saw in others reviews is good so I want to try it, the top is soft like memory foam materials but the spring is hard , so when I sit or lay on it will not fall down too much. It has strong enough support for my back and waist. I see that this product website describes it as a medium firm, I feel it should be more firm than medium firm. It is a really comfortable mattress as the top has good elasticity, the bottom has harder spring support so it will be extremely firm or extremely soft , that helps me to have comfortable sleep and back pain relief. It is a valuable product for people who like the little firm mattress and need sleep back pain relief.

This mattress is very good. Did not take the required 48 to 72 hours to air out and adjust to its size as suggested. Actually as soon as you take the plastic off it actually pops out to its size. We did allow about 48 hours and not amount of time changed the size. The one negative is the weight of this mattress. It is absolutely the heaviest mattress I've ever owned. It makes it very difficult to change the sheets without back pain. All in all it is very nice.
