AVOID THIS COMPANY - IF PROBLEM WITH CHAIR THEY WILL NOT SORT IT OUTCHAIR COLLAPSING AFTER 4 MONTHSLiked the chair when it arrived. Bought in December 2015 but by April it started to collapse. I am petite and I enjoyed the massage less than 10 times when the arm started to fall apart making the back fall away. I have contacted the seller numerous times with photos and they do not reply. I would be happy with a replacement or refund, but they won't reply. Amazon have tried to help, but they don't respond to them either.If there's any resolution I will add an update, otherwise my advice is DO NOT RISK IT

I own this chair for 2.5 years now and can say it very comfortable to sit on but only when I don't move at all!! After just a couple of months using it, it started to make creaky noise and even when I tried to tight the parts and put some oil between them it did not help. It is all from cheap plastic so you cannot do anything.The heating system works fine but I am not using it. The massage system is not so good. Don't imagine they are big balls inside like in massage chair you can find at airports. It is more or less just vibrating.And the heading description of this product is a little bit misleading. It is not made from leather. Just some cheap leather alternative which started peeling after a few months.

I've bought 2 of these chairs as I thought (and I still believe) that for this price they were a bargain. The massage function is not bad, but since it's actually just vibration you can get bored of it easily. The only problems I found is that the two chairs behave differently in regard to their back reclining function. The one freely reclines fully just by putting weight on the back while the other won't. Also the heat function is either not working or is really low for the same chair. To be honest I still like them as chairs, they are big, look nice and feel sturdier than I was expecting but they don't work as they should and this is why I only give them 3 stars.

At first look the chair is great, the features are amazing but after 3 months it started to make a lot of creaking noises and isn't completely stable.not even a year on and the chair doesn't function correctly and the catch to stop the back from leaning back is broken. To all buyers, look at others first before making this a choice.I have contacted them about these issues and was told I can have 10% off my next purchase, to be honest I doubt I would buy from them again!UPDATE: 2 of the rolling feet on the chair have now broken, I am only 72kg in weight which this chair should of been able to cope with, chair is being binned after only just over a year of use!

I bought this product in June 2014 and it has rarely been used. It looked the part and in fairness worked just fine, all in all I thought I had purchased a good product. Yesterday (25/2/2016) my husband went into the Study to do some work and sat on the chair and the base completely snapped and my husband was injured when the chair collapsed. I contacted the seller to advise them of the fault and to ask if it would be a possibility to get a new base for the chair which I was obviously intending to pay for. The Seller misread my email and duly offered a replacement chair, then realising that it was out of guarantee re-tracked the offer. I was then told that he could sell me another chair. Why would I want to purchase another one when the original one was of poor quality and unsafe to use? I could not possibly recommend this item due to the quality of the product.

It's plastic.... avoid unless you want to pay over the odds for a plastic chair. Can't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back. Lesson learned.

It was a bit late on arriving even for the channel islands as I had to arrange my own shipping from port.But saying that the chair is very comfortable and pleasing to the eye.The massager is more of a vibrator than a full on muscle kneading massager but still very calming and comfortable to use and not too noisy either.So to sum up what you get for your money.Good quality finish, 5 point massager thighs and back, with remote control, recliner position and rocking position all available with a lockable position.Excellent value for the cost of the product.

Absolutely delighted with chair. I purchased it for my daughter and she loves it. It is very good quality and a beautiful shade of red. Everything exactly as described by seller.

Buena silla y cómoda y fácil de montar, la recomiendo y esta muy bien de precio. Color rojo Ferrari muy bonito

La silla me llego en 4 dias , el montaje muy facil y mira que a mi estas cosas de montar las odio porque nunca me aclaro, a mi personalmente NO me venian instrucciones pero hay que decir que casi ni las necesitas. Despues el adaptador NO viene incluido y te lo tienes que comprar ( de 4 a 8e ). La comodidad no tiene precio estas horas y horas sin problemas y sin dolores de espalda. La silla para ponerla en un escritorio y estudiar no la recomiendo o como minimo no para escribir porque no puedes coger la postura adequada debido a que es mas un sofa que una silla para poner la espalda recta y adequada. Referente a los masajes de 10 porque tiene muchas opciones que se pueden adaptar a tus necesidades de espalda que va de un general a una parte especifica ( yo he tenido mas sillas de estas de masajes y tengo que decir que el motor se acaba rompiendo con facilidad si la utilizas mucho, esperemos esta que no).
