DOES NOT FIT!
This a 3/16 inch 7 X19 cable weave & as a result, is too bulky & doesn’t fit a 3/16 inch ferrule for a cable rail system!I eventually located a1X19 cable construction (3/16”) that fit perfectly.

Not true size don't buy
Advertised as 3/16 cable (~4.5mm)... I'm guying a tower with this stuff. What arrived was decent enough to make a handrail for Barbie's dream house... or possibly use as durable weedeater line. Didn't open till now too late to return. This is why we should switch to metric ... I still don't understand American measurements and I've never left the country. Put eyes on it before buying if you need it for safety. This was intended to keep my 70' antenna tower from swaying in the breeze, not far from where my children sleep... dental floss tie downs just won't do.

Excellent quality and very good price
I bought 400 feet and used about 340 of them so far. The cable is a very good product. Recommend buying a good cable cutter with a round cutting area as the cable frays with a flat cutting edge and become difficult to thread through or into the intermediate and end cap hardware.

High-quality, durable product.
High-quality, durable product. I purchased this cable to use in a Warn 2500 lbs Winch on my Honda Foreman 500TRX. I was getting tired of replacing rusted fraying cables and wanted to go to stainless steel. I use my winch for both work and play. I tested this stainless cable pulling my machine out of mud holes as well as pulling trees and logs out of the bush to cut for firewood. So far it has exceeded my expectations. At 250 feet per roll, I can get 4-5 winch rope replacements at a fraction of the OEM cost.PROTIP: When cutting stainless cable use a grinder and a zipdisk to make a clean cut; using a shear or cable clipper will make an unnecessary mess and crush the strands.
