I always read the negative reviews before I purchase and this dispenser had several stating the container was flimsy and thin while others said it leaked. I decided to purchase one anyway thinking if I got it and those comments proved true I would just return it. This dispenser is nowhere close to being flimsy. It is absolutely beautiful, solid and sturdy. The spout did leak but I just did not have it tightened down enough. You have to turn the nut one way on the inside and the spigot the opposite way from the outside and that pushes the spigot in while tightening the plastic bolt. I would absolutely purchase this product and just may buy a 2nd one.

...it baffles me why they'd use such a cheap plastic spigot for something that looks this good and it high quality. I already knew from the specs so I ordered a metal spigot here on amazon along with it that fit perfectly and looks soooo much better. I'm using this thing in my nice bathroom to hold distilled water for various daily medical things instead of keeping a gallon jug on the counter all the time. I'm quite happy with this but seriously the seller needs to upgrade that spigot :)

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made at the end of July 2025 during a special "Buy One, Get Two" promotion. I only opened the package this past weekend (September 13, 2025), and was very disappointed with the condition of the items: First Decanter – Arrived Damaged: As I pulled back the foam inside the box, I cut my finger due to broken glass. The top lid was cracked, and there were glass shards throughout the foam and packaging. Upon removing the decanter, I discovered that the glass was shattered on one side. I had to discard the entire box due to the hazard. Second Decanter – Leaking Spigot: The decanter itself was intact and looked beautiful. However, after cleaning and assembling it, I noticed that the spigot leaked. Despite multiple attempts to secure the rubber gasket and spigot, it continued to drip. I ultimately had to abandon its use and transfer the juice to another container. Unfortunately, both units were unusable — one due to breakage, the other due to a defective spigot. I am very disappointed and feel that my money was wasted on a product that did not meet basic quality expectations. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether that be a full refund or a replacement of both decanters. Please let me know the next steps, and I can provide any additional information or photos if needed.

Beautiful for the price! So heavy and perfect for entertainment . Worth the price for sure. Great quality.

I use it for my bartending business. I like the look and weight. Thick and durable. Holds over 30 old fashioneds. Works great for batched cocktails. Didn’t leak one drip in the 4 hours I used it, which was straight out of the box after cleaning

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted some pretty vintage looking drink dispensers for hosting. I saw these and loved how they looked. Overall I thought they were really cute and I would have loved to have kept them but I didn’t love how cheap the drink spout was made. I had also ordered two and when the packaged them they shipped them together with a 4 in gap between the boxes so one box was damaged and so was the drink dispenser. I was pretty disappointed.

Glass that looks like crystal. Good quality. Moderate size for entertaining and storage. Very good product.
