Great and easy to setup up, however Lid is SO tricky to put on. Takes ages and I end up having to just bang on the top of it. Water is good, and its easy to pour, doesnt leak or spill. Good taste

Just got the smaller size, which holds about 4 glasses if water. Fits in door of fridge easily. Easy to use

Felt it was high time I changed the colour to white it makes it look cleaner so out went the blk, and in came the white it's lovely but you have to be careful when removing the lid as there is an airlock, if you do not look for the hole in the handle you will not get the lid off, it's a great idea to keep the lid on and dust and muck out, so you have to put your 3rd finger over the hole and the palm of your hand over the blk area, wait half a minute and then pull the lid will come away without any fuss, But it's fiffe=not way to put it back you line up the top with the jug handle, then slowly push your lid back on, you will soon get the hang on it, and you could say it's great for kids to keep it from spilling , colour makes things look gre@t but very clean,

As a first time Brita buyer, I didn't notice this feature gap with this model - that more expensive models have a better lid which allows for easier water top up. This model doesn't have that and requires user to take off the full lid to top up water, which becomes annoying very quickly. I noticed this difference at a friend's place and was disappointed with the model I have, and wish I had gotten the higher model instead for convenience.
