These are heavy duty. Thicker then regular tube's. Definitely reccomend and worth the price.

I got ripped off
Got within a couple days that's OK but came in unwrapped in the shipping bag went to air up before installing has hole somewhere in it was pissed put it to side used my old tube give it a negative 10

Amazing thick feels secure on a 90lb ebike
Amazing they feel secure on a 90 lb e bike just check your tires b4 you put a new tube in or you will need another one.. im currently buying stock because I'm a stubborn dick and do t check my tire for wire or that broke off inside that will pop it soon as u put a new one in don't make mistakes check your tire

I haven't used all of them yet (3/8 thus far), but they fit fine and work as advertised.Oh, and as far as puncture resistant goes... Scientifically speaking, everything is puncture resistant.
